Risk-Free Hiring Option Designed for organizations that want complete confidence before making a financial commitment. • No payment required upfront • 30-day evaluation period after candidate start • If the candidate is not the right fit within 30 days, no fee is due • We will promptly begin a new search to find a better match • If the candidate is successful after 30 days, payment is due within Net 30 terms This option allows you to evaluate performance in real time, ensuring the hire truly aligns with your expectations before any investment is made.
